To request a StarsCard, fill out the online request form after which you will be given a code.
To collect your card, take the code and your fiscal code to the store closest to you, along with the original copy and two front and back copies of a valid identification document.
Please Note: only Italian citizens living in Italy are entitled to apply for a STARSCARD.
