PokerStars Rewards is your way to get rewards. Earn reward points every time you play real money poker.
Collect enough points to complete your progress bars, and you'll unlock Chests loaded with rewards.
You can manage all your rewards in the 'My Rewards' area of your account.
Chests & Rewards
PokerStars Rewards has six regular levels, with each level rewarding a different Chest type of increasing value. The higher your Chest Level, the greater the rewards you'll get.
The number of reward points you need, the Chest value at each level, and the number of Chests required to upgrade to each level (in a rolling 28-day period) is shown below:

If 28 days pass and you have not received a Chest, your progress bar will reset and you'll be moved down a level, where Chests will be easier to get but will contain a lower value of rewards.
How to Earn Reward Points
The rate at which you earn reward points playing poker varies depending on the game type, as outlined below:

Chest Level Exchange
If you are at a higher level than Blue Chest, you will be able to exchange your progress bar for a lower level Chest. If you are eligible to exchange your progress bar, you will see the option available to you in 'My Rewards'.
PokerStars Select and PokerStars Select+
These are the top tiers of PokerStars Rewards, where players get access to exclusive offers and a daily poker reward, credited as a bonus.
PokerStars Select
- Get moved to PokerStars Select when you contribute €50,000 or more in Spin & Go tournament fees within a rolling 12-month period.
- Receive rake and tournament fees back as a bonus every day, with the amount dependant on your stakes and game type:

Terms
PokerStars Rewards program Terms and Conditions (“PokerStars Rewards Program Terms”)
Your participation in the PokerStars Rewards program, as provided by PokerStars, shall be deemed to constitute your full acceptance of these PokerStars Rewards Program Terms.
1. PokerStars Rewards program membership and benefits are provided at our sole discretion.
2. We reserve the right to terminate or amend PokerStars Rewards program membership and benefits at our sole discretion and at any time.
3. Participation in the PokerStars Rewards program is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of the program. We reserve the right to modify, add or delete these PokerStars Rewards Program Terms, and you shall be bound by these PokerStars Rewards Program Terms at any time. You are encouraged to review these PokerStars Rewards Program Terms on a regular basis in order to determine if we have amended the provision.
4. We retain the sole right to interpret, modify and apply the PokerStars Rewards Program Terms.
5. Membership in the PokerStars Rewards program is free and available to individuals residing in Italy.
6. Players will not start earning Reward Points or Rewards until they have opted into the PokerStars Rewards program via the Start button.
7. Only individuals are eligible for membership in the PokerStars Rewards program.
8. Membership is offered at our discretion. We may deny membership to any applicant. Any such decision to deny membership shall not be open to appeal or review.
9. Reward Points (RPs) may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way.
10. Rewards may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way. Rewards can only be obtained via real money play.
11. Rewards received in PokerStars Rewards Chests are subject to a play-through requirement before being eligible for withdrawal.
12. Any abuse of the PokerStars Rewards program or failure to follow the PokerStars Rewards Program Terms may result in the termination of your membership and forfeiture of all accrued Rewards and Reward Points. Any betting activity which is carried out fraudulently or in attempt to receive rewards without real money play will result in the forfeiture of associated rewards. Our General Terms also apply to the PokerStars Rewards program.
13. Decisions of staff and management about any aspect of the PokerStars Rewards program will be final.
14. Chests will expire after 30 days if unopened, and expired Chests cannot be retrieved.
15. Rewards you receive within Chests can also expire – check your rewards under 'My Rewards' for details of individual expiry dates.
16. Members of the PokerStars Rewards program who rake EUR 50,000 or more in Spin & Go poker games within a rolling 12-month period will automatically enter the 'PokerStars Select' rewards tier.
17. Players participating in PokerStars Select:
17.1 will receive 40% of their rake in all EUR 10.00 buy-in or higher Spin & Go poker games back into their account as a bonus credit;
17.2 will receive 25% of their rake from all Zoom poker games (any buy-in amount) and all EUR 5.00 buy-in or lower Spin & Go poker games back into their account as a bonus credit;
17.3 will receive 6% of their rake from all multi-table tournaments (a Sunday Starter, for example) back into their account as a bonus credit;
17.4 will receive 15% of their rake from all other poker games back into their account as a bonus credit; and
17.5 must rake at least EUR 10,000 in Spin & Go poker games in a rolling 3-month period or at least EUR 50,000 in a rolling 12-month period in Spin & Go poker games to maintain their PokerStars Select participant status.
18. Members of the PokerStars Rewards program who rake EUR 100,000 or more in Spin & Go poker games within a rolling 12-month period will automatically enter the 'PokerStars Select+' rewards tier.
19. Players participating in PokerStars Select+:
19.1 will receive 45% of their rake in all EUR 10.00 buy-in or higher Spin & Go poker games back into their account as a bonus credit;
19.2 will receive 25% of their rake from all Zoom poker games (any buy-in amount) and all EUR 5.00 buy-in or lower Spin & Go poker games back into their account as a bonus credit;
19.3 will receive 6% of their rake from all multi-table tournaments (a Sunday Starter, for example) back into their account as a bonus credit;
19.4 will receive 15% of their rake from all other poker games back into their account as a bonus credit; and
19.5 must rake at least EUR 20,000 in Spin & Go poker games in a rolling 3-month period or at least EUR 100,000 in a rolling 12-month period in Spin & Go poker games to maintain their PokerStars Select+ participant status.
20. PokerStars Select and PokerStars Select+ bonus credits will be credited to your account within 48 hours of attainment.
21. You may use bonus credits to place wagers on any real money poker game on the PokerStars website. Where a bonus credit is credited to your account, it will be automatically wagered ahead of any available cash balance.
22. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn from your account as cash. Winnings earned from bonus credit wagers may be withdrawn without restriction.
23. If you fail to meet the rake requirements of either tier, you will lose your participant status for the tier you are participating in and will return to the standard membership entitlements of the PokerStars Rewards program. Participant status for PokerStars Select+ will be reduced to PokerStars Select if the rake requirements for PokerStars Select are otherwise met.
24. On reaching the value of rake required for entry into PokerStars Select or PokerStars Select+ tier, your participant status for the relevant tier will be added to your account within 48 hours. A Chest will also be added to your account which will allow you to start earning rakeback at the applicable percentage for your tier prior to your status change.
25. Participation in PokerStars Select or PokerStars Select+ excludes you from participating in all other offers offered under the PokerStars Rewards program (such as earning reward points and unlocking Chests) or elsewhere on the PokerStars website. Any outstanding amount of your progress bar at the time you enter either tier will be credited to your account as bonus credit on a pro-rata basis.
26. If a player is able to demonstrate, to our satisfaction, that they have previously staked an amount that is equal to or exceeds the rake requirements for PokerStars Select or PokerStars Select+ tier using the service of another online poker operator (for example, documents evidencing real money rake history), we may, at our discretion, decide to enter the player into the relevant tier without them having met the rake requirements for entry on the PokerStars website. Please contact us at select@pokerstars.com to request consideration for this route of entry.
27. You may opt out of PokerStars Select or PokerStars Select+ and return to the standard membership entitlements of the PokerStars Rewards program at any time by sending an email to select@pokerstars.com.
