Up to €20,000 in rewards to be won
Chests & Ladders is back – February 1-21. And if players make it all the way to the end of the board this time, they could win up to €20,000 in rewards.
Here's how to play:
- Opt-in to Chests & Ladders is available via the Challenges Window.
- Players can play real money games and win Stars Rewards Chests containing dice rolls.
- Players can land on a ladder to climb upwards and make it to the end of the board faster.
- Players that complete the board will win additional rewards.

What is the offer?
Chests & Ladders is an offer available via the Challenges Window.
Once players opt in, they will be presented with the Chests & Ladders board. The board is broken down into 49 squares, divided by 7 rows, and contains:
- Five ladders; and
- 15 Promotional Chests (‘Chests’)
When players opt in, they’ll get a marker on the Chests & Ladders board in Square 1. Every time they receive a dice in a Stars Rewards Chest, the marker will move forward the number of squares displayed on the dice. For example, if players receive a dice with a two, they will move two squares.
The ladders on the board allow players to move upwards. If they land exactly on a square that shows an image of the bottom of a ladder, then they will move all the way up to the square at the top of the ladder.
When is this offer?
This offer takes place from 15:00 CET on February 1, 2021 and finishes at 23:59 CET on February 21, 2021.
Who is eligible?
This promotion is open to all Stars Rewards members. All players need to have registered with the Stars Rewards loyalty program and have opted into the promotion.
What will players receive?
If players land exactly on a square that shows an image of a Chest (‘Chest’) they will receive a Chest containing a personalized reward, the value of which will depend on the Stars Rewards level ascribed based on the level of play at the time won, as follows:

Players will complete the Chests & Ladders board when they reach or go past Square 49, following which they will receive a final Chest with a personalized reward. The value of the Chest will depend on the Stars Rewards level ascribed based on the level of play at the time won, as follows:

What do players need to do before they can withdraw their winnings from the bonus?
Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly. However, any winnings from stakes placed using bonuses may be withdrawn.
For any reward which is awarded in the form of an Instant Bonuses, the following wagering requirements apply to the use of that Instant Bonus:
- Any winnings derived from stakes placed from using Casino Instant Bonuses are considered part of the bonus until players have earned the required redemption points to convert the Casino Instant Bonus to cash (except for the Progressive Jackpot winnings which will be credited instantly as cash).
- As soon as players have earned the redemption points required, the Casino Instant Bonus balance will be converted to real money and credited to their account instantly once all game sessions have been exited.
- Each Casino Instant Bonus must be converted to cash separately. Multiple bonuses may not be converted simultaneously.
- Bets covering the Roulette table or the Live Roulette table by 65% or more, as well as bets covering both sides of Baccarat or Live Baccarat, will earn 0 redemption points.
- Should players continue to play one or more open Casino games using the Casino Instant Bonus after earning all requested redemption points, the Casino Instant Bonus funds will continue to be used and the value of the bonus (and therefore pending cash credit) will increase or decrease according to the gameplay.

- Players must have joined the Stars Rewards loyalty program to participate in this offer.
- The rewards players can win are personalized rewards. Personalized rewards are tailored by the games played and can range from Tournament Tickets, Free Spins or StarsCoin, amongst others.
- A reward won as part of this offer cannot be assigned, transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Chests will be forfeited if not opened within seven (7) days after issued.
- Once the Chests are opened, all rewards that form part of this offer will be added to the player's account immediately and will be available for the player to use.
