What is being offered

Players who make their first ever real money deposit of €10 or more using bonus code ‘STARS500’, can claim a bonus of up to €500.

When is the offer being conducted

This offer runs from September 10, 2021 and is ongoing.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

The offer is only available to players who have never made any real money deposit at PokerStars.

To be eligible for the offer, players must:
a) make a deposit of €10 or more using bonus code ‘STARS500’ in the Cashier;
b) play real money poker on the site within 120 days after making the qualifying deposit; and
c) collect the requisite redemption points (as specified below) during the 120 day period.

Players may make up to three qualifying deposits so as to receive the maximum reward payable under this offer, provided that all qualifying deposits: (i) are made within 60 days from the date of the first qualifying deposit; and (ii) are made using bonus code ‘STARS500’.

If, after making their first qualifying deposit, players activate a separate deposit offer prior to completing any further qualifying deposits permitted as part of this offer, then players must: (i) ensure that all permitted qualifying deposits for this offer are conducted within 60 days from the date of the first qualifying deposit; and (ii) fulfil all necessary criteria as set out in these Terms & Conditions.

If no bonus code is used when making a qualifying deposit, and provided that all applicable terms of this offer are fulfilled, then:

1. players may contact Support via our Help Center within seven days from the date of their first qualifying deposit so that their Stars Account can be credited with the relevant reward; or
2. if more than seven days but less than three months have passed from the date of the first qualifying deposit, players may still be credited with the relevant reward as long as they contact Support before the expiry of the three months.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

The reward will be paid out for each €5 increment of the qualifying deposit made immediately after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Players have 120 days after each qualifying deposit to earn all the redemption points needed to release their bonus.

The amount of reward that players can receive will depend on the number of redemption points that players earn during the relevant period. No reward will be credited for a period exceeding three months from the first qualifying deposit.

Players can check any bonuses they have, alongside information on expiry dates, redemption point requirements and more under the 'My Rewards' menu.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Players will earn five redemption points for every €1 they pay in rake or tournament fees.

Redemption points can be earned in any poker games.

Redemption points are cleared at a rate of 75 redemption points per €5 in bonuses.

What else do you need to know

If any amount is withdrawn at any time after making a qualifying deposit, any subsequent deposits cannot count as qualifying deposits. However, any pre-withdrawal qualifying deposit continues to be valid, and players can still collect any reward generated.

We reserve the right to withhold rewards if there is reason to suspect that a deposit is fraudulent, or that it has not been made with the intention of using it to play real money games.

Players can only take advantage of one first deposit offer across all PokerStars products.

Refer a Friend Offer

What is being offered

New PokerStars customers who registers via a Refer a Friend link, makes their first deposit and play poker can claim €10 in tickets as part of our Refer a Friend offer.

When is the offer being conducted?

This offer runs from 16:00 CEST on August 24, 2022 until 05:59 CEST on February 8, 2023.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify?

The offer is only available to players who have previously never opened or registered an account with PokerStars. To be eligible for the offer, players must:
a) Open an account via PokerStars Refer a Friend link after August 24, 2022.
b) Make their first deposit.
c) Earn 50 Reward Points by playing poker

The first deposit and Reward Points steps must be completed within 14 days from the time of registration.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Upon successful completion of the above steps, players will receive €10 worth of Spin & Go tickets within 48 hours.

All rewards will be credited inside a Chest. Players will need to open the Chests to claim their rewards.

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, T-Money or other tickets.

All tickets expire 7 days after being credited. Any unused tickets issued as part of this offer will be forfeited.

Unopened Chests will expire 7 days after being credited.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Spin & Go tickets can be used to register and play Spin & Go tournaments with buy-ins corresponding to the value of the ticket.

What else do you need to know

We reserve the right to decide whether any player is a "new" player.

If verification of an account is not completed or fails our compliance checks, or any document requested as part of account verification is not supplied within a reasonable period or, if supplied, fails to satisfy us as to the identity of the player wishing to open the account and/or the authenticity of such document, we reserve the right to refuse the rewards.
