Cancelling a Bet in .IT

A bet can be canceled only in the following cases:

- Event canceled:

If an event is postponed for more than 3 days after the date officially set in the program all bets are void. In the event of a multiple bet, the odds related to the event canceled is equal to 1.00.

While bets on final results might be voided, possible bets on partial results and other outcomes in connection with the event itself might stand. All bets already defined at the time of interruption will stand.

- Retirement / Abandonment:

It depends on the stage when the player abandons the match: if the player abandons before the match starts, all bets are void; if he abandons during the match, the bets will stand. For detailed information, please refer to the specific voiding rules by different sports.

- Change of venue:

In case of switching fields in team competitions, i.e. the team scheduled to play at home plays away instead and vice versa; however, the bet remains valid in case the location of the event changes but the hosting team preserves such designation.

The bets will also remain valid in the singles or doubles competitions, like for instance in tennis, irrespective of a venue change or kind of surface, or if the competition is indoor instead of outdoor or vice versa.

Should a contestant withdraw before or during the event, wagers on this participant are still valid and those ones that predicted the winning or the placement will be considered losing bets. Bets are canceled if none of the competitors finish the competition.
