What is being offered

Stacks is a weekly offer, consisting of 6 consecutive levels, where players can claim Casino Instant Bonuses by playing Casino games and earning redemption points.

After completing Level 3, players will receive an entry to a Pick a Vault game for a random Casino Instant Bonus. And any player who completes all 6 levels within a weekly offer period, as specified below, will receive an additional entry to a Pick a Vault game for another random Casino Instant Bonus.

When is the offer being conducted

This offer runs from 00:01 CEST on June 5, 2024 until 23:59 CEST on June 3, 2025. Each weekly offer period starts on Wednesday at 00:00 CEST and ends on Tuesday at 23:59 CEST.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

The offer is only available to selected players. 

To participate in the offer and have their progress measured, players must first opt-in via the Challenges Window. Only one initial opt-in is required for the duration of the offer.

Once opted in, players will be presented information about all 6 available levels and they will begin Level 1. Once Level 1 is completed, they will progress to Level 2 and so forth until Level 6. Levels 1-6 can only be completed in this order.

To complete each level, players must earn a specific number of redemption points by playing Casino games, as specified below.

At the end of each weekly offer period, all players will reset to 0 redemption points and start anew with Level 1.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Players must play Casino games to earn redemption points required to complete the levels, as follows:

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Players will receive a reward for completing each level, as follows:

The Pick a Vault game will be available to players for 7 days following ticket issuance. Any unused tickets after that time will be lost.

Players will need to open their Chest(s) to claim their reward(s). Unopened Chests will expire 7 days after being issued. 

Casino Instant Bonuses won as part of this offer can be used to play any Casino games. Casino Instant Bonus (and any winnings derived from stakes placed using the bonus) will expire 7 days from issue if the wagering requirements are not fully met.  

To convert the Casino Instant Bonus, and any winnings, into cash that can be withdrawn, players must earn1 redemption points per €1 of Casino Instant Bonus awarded by playing all Casino games before the bonus expires. Each Casino Instant Bonus must be converted to cash separately. Multiple bonuses may not be converted simultaneously.

When placing a wager, funds will be taken from the currently available Casino Instant Bonus balance first (if it has been brought to the game), and from the currently available real money balance second.

Any winnings derived from stakes placed from using Casino Instant Bonuses are considered part of the bonus until the required redemption points have been earned. As soon as players have earned the redemption points required, the Casino Instant Bonus winnings will be credited to their account instantly once all game sessions have been exited.

Should players continue to play one or more open Casino games using the Casino Instant Bonus after earning all requested redemption points, the Casino Instant Bonus funds will continue to be used and the value of the bonus (and therefore pending cash credit) will increase or decrease according to the gameplay.
